Data released today from comScore (via Techcrunch) shows that online retailers are increasingly offering free shipping to buyers.  Free shipping is becoming the norm.  The study shows that 61% of online buyers are “at least somewhat likely” to cancel an order during checkout if there is no free shipping.  Another interesting point is that offer free shipping are 30% higher in value.  You can easily offer free shipping to your online buyers.  It’s worth testing to see if your conversions increase.
